Filezilla is a very good free FTP program you can download and use.
SFTP Settings:
Protocal: SFTP
Host/Hostname: ftp.mydomain.com.au
Port: 5050
Logon Type: Normal
Username: your cPanel username
Password: your cPanel password
Transfer Settings tab:
► Tick on “Limit number of simultaneous connections”
► Set “Maximum number of connections” to 10.
You can then go back and connect.
Confirm the security certificate that pops up when you first connect.
FTP Settings:
Protocal: FTP
Host/Hostname: ftp.mydomain.com.au
Port: 21
Encryption: Use explicit FTP over TLS if available
Logon Type: Normal
Username: your cPanel username
Password: your cPanel password
Transfer Settings tab:

► Set “Maximum number of connections” to 10.
You can then go back and connect.
Confirm the security certificate that pops up when you first connect.
