In order to move your web site to us you need to log in at your domain name registrar (the company you registered your domain with) and update the "DNS" Name Server records for your domain to reflect our DNS Name Servers, as detailed in your Welcome Email.
After you have updated the DNS records it takes 24 to 48 hours for this change to propagate through the net. Often it is much quicker than this.
If your current website uses cPanel as it's control panel let us know and if compatible we can perform a cpanel transfer to copy your entire account across to us.
Alternatively you can transfer your existing website via FTP.
