► Login to our website
► click Services
► click Active (for the domain you want to use)
► click Login to cPanel in the left menu (or click any of the Quick Shortcut icons).
Direct URL Access Using cPanel Username and Password
Type your domain into your web browser address bar and add /cpanel at the end.
► https://mydomain.com.au/cpanel
► enter your cPanel username and password
► click Log in.
The username and password for our website login are different to the cPanel username and password. cPanel login details are included in the hosting setup email we sent when you first ordered with us.
